Three ways to move forward

From the value case
to the decisions that deliver it.

Each engagement connects business ambition with practical change. We agree the question, scope and evidence needed before starting.

01

Business value
& capability discovery

Before committing to a platform or programme, clarify the performance change you need and what the business must be able to do repeatedly to achieve it.

Review capabilities, operating model and SAP requirements through agreed documents and stakeholder workshops.
  3. Findings and next steps
Receive a concise findings report, prioritised actions and proposed measures of progress.
Our guiding method

Technology enters
the conversation fourth.

The Enterprise Value Framework connects the outcome you want with the system required to achieve it. Explore each layer below.

Layer 01 · Business outcome

What must change in business performance?

Begin with a measurable outcome: profitable growth, resilience or productivity. Agree the baseline and the change the business needs to see.

Illustrative manufacturing example

Improve delivery reliability and reduce avoidable inventory, with targets set from the client’s baseline.

Based on the Enterprise Value Framework by Manoj Narang. The example illustrates our approach; it is not a client result or a performance promise.

Before approving the investment

Four questions worth answering.

  1. Which business outcome will this materially improve?
  2. Which capability will make that outcome repeatable?
  3. What operating model changes are required?
  4. How will we measure the enterprise value created?

A go-live is a milestone. The value case should describe the performance change that follows.

About Soluvise

A business lens.
The functional depth to apply it.

Soluvise combines enterprise consulting and commercial judgement with SAP manufacturing and supply-chain experience. We use the Enterprise Value Framework to connect strategic intent with the capabilities, operating model and functional decisions needed to put it into practice.

Our focus is clear decisions and practical recommendations: what should change, who must own it, what SAP should enable and how progress will be assessed. We work through focused assessments and workshops, with scope, fees, timing and availability agreed before work begins.

Value must be owned, measured and captured.

Commercial clarity, enterprise integration, accountable execution and constructive challenge guide our advice. A performance improvement needs an evidenced mechanism before it can be recognised as a financial benefit.

Before we talk

A few practical questions.

Who are these services for?

Business, operations and programme leaders in manufacturing and supply chain who need to clarify a value case, assess SAP readiness or review an investment or programme scope.

Does the framework guarantee a financial return?

No. It structures the questions, assumptions and measures behind an investment. Actual results depend on the evidence, business decisions and execution. Targets and any quantified value case need to be validated with your team.

Do you deliver full SAP implementations?

Our initial services focus on advisory, assessments and workshops. Any implementation support would require a separate discussion of scope, capacity and delivery arrangements.

How much does a review cost?

We provide a proposal after understanding your objectives, the processes in scope and the assessment effort. Deliverables, fees and timing are agreed before the engagement begins.

What should we share in the first conversation?

Your programme stage, the areas causing difficulty and the decision you need to make. A high-level description is enough to start; please avoid sending confidential documents in your initial email.

Let’s start with your question

What outcome
are you working towards?

Tell us what needs to improve, where the uncertainty lies and which decision comes next. We’ll discuss how a focused review could help you connect that outcome with the required business and SAP changes.
